Prince Harry, also known as Henry Charles Albert David, is a member of the British royal family and the younger son of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana. Early Life and Education

He was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the Household Cavalry, Blues and Royals regiment, and later served in Afghanistan for 10 weeks in 2007-08. He returned to Afghanistan for a second tour in 2012-13, serving as an Apache helicopter pilot.


Charitable Work

Prince Harry is known for his charitable work and has been involved in many initiatives, including the Invictus Games, which he founded in 2014. The Invictus Games is an international sporting event for wounded, injured, or sick servicemen and women, with participants from around the world. He is also involved in the Royal Foundation, which focuses on issues such as mental health, wildlife conservation, and veterans' welfare.


Personal Life

In 2011, Prince Harry began dating American actress Meghan Markle, whom he met through a mutual friend. They announced their engagement in November 2017 and were married on May 19, 2018, at St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle. They have one son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, born in May 2019, and a daughter, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, born in June 2021.

In 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced that they would be stepping back from their roles as senior members of the royal family and moving to North America. They currently reside in Montecito, California, and have signed deals with Netflix and Spotify to produce content.
